It’s a Great Time To Buy!

If you are considering a real estate purchase, now is a great time to buy.  In the Greater Greenville area we still have a good inventory of homes available.  Prices are competitive as are mortgage rates. 

Compared to this time last year, we are a little behind in our number of units sold so translate that to we have some motivation to sell.  This chart will give you an idea of the trends we are seeing here.
