Each search option defaults to Residential Homes but you can also search rentals, lots and land, multifamily residential properties, and commercial properties by changing the setting located at the top of each search option. It's easy to save your search, simply click the Save Search button and create your own private, secure Search Manager Account. You can opt to receive daily or weekly emails for any new listings that fit your search criteria. Once you have an account you can save your favorite properties for future review.

1. Quick Search – simple and easy – Look for homes in your price range. You can refine the search by stating how many bedrooms or bathrooms you want and how big the homes are (Minimum square feet). This search is located on the right side of the Home, Market Report, Communities, and About Me pages.
2. Quick Address Search – located just below the Quick Search you can search by street address by entering the number and the street, i.e. 100 Main, or look for all homes for sale on a particular street by entering just the street name.
3. Basic Search - The basic search allows you to set your price range, number of bedrooms, Square footage, and how long the property has been on the market. Further refine your selections by city, county or zip code.
4. Advanced Search – expand your search options! Looking for a home with a basement, fenced Yard, Pool, Master on the First Floor, or any one of a multitude of features? Use the Advanced Search
5. Map Search – Allows you to search using Google Maps
6. Address Search – Check on the home you saw while you were driving around or search for homes on your favorite street.
7. MLS # Search – This is the unique 7 digit number associated with each listing.
8. Contact Me – While it is great to search on your own you can always contact me to help you with your search.

Additionally - you can change the  type of search from Single Family Residential if you want to search for Lots and Land, Rentals, or Commercial Properties.
